MALAYSIA DERIVATIVES EXCHANGE >>> FBM KLCI Futures

FKLI Close Higher Inline With Firmer Cash Market
The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed higher yesterday in line with the strong cash market.
At close, March 2011 advanced 12 points to 1,520 while both April 2011 and June 2011 gained 11.5 points each to 1,518 and 1,515 respectively. September 2011 increased 10.5 points to 1,512.5.

SELL INTO STRENGTH

Volume was higher at 10,103 lots compared with Thursday’s s 9,648 lots, while open interests rose to 14,573 contracts from 13,702 contracts recorded previously.
