All FKLI contracts up with nearer contracts closing at premium
The March contract closed at the day’s highest level of 1,333.0 points after surging 12.0 points, expanding its premium of 3.06 points to the cash market Tuesday to 4.78 points. The contract opened flat at 1,321.0 points, slightly above the day’s lowest level of 1,320.5 points.The April contract closed at the day’s highest level of 1,331.0 points after rising 12.5 points, which represents a premium of 2.78 points to the underlying against a marginal premium of 0.56 of a point a day earlier. It opened 0.5 of a point firmer at the day’s lowest level of 1,319.0 points. The June contract rose 0.5 points to 1,326.5 points, representing a discount of 1.72 points, while the September contract closed 10.0 points higher at 1,325.0 points, which is a discount of 3.22 points.
