FKLI Spot Gains 3.5 points
The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today in line with the steadier cash market, dealers said. June 2010 added 3.5 points to 1,282.5, July 2010 rose 6.5 points to 1,282.5, September 2010 advanced by 6.0 points to 1,281.0 while December 2010 went up 5.5 points to 1,281.5.
Volume, however, declined to 5,679 lots from yesterday's 9,015 lots while open interest improved to 17,686 contracts from 17,130 contracts previously.
The underlying FBM KLCI on the cash market closed 1.91 points higher at
1,288.18.
