FKLI SUCCUMB TO SELLING PRESSURE
The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower Wednesday, dealers said. The August 2010 contract dropped 8.5 points to 1,347.5, September 2010 fell nine points to 1,347.0, December 2010 lost 10 points to 1,346.5 and March 2011 went down 10.5 points to 1,347.5.Volume rose to 6,885 lots from 3,818 lots Tuesday while open interest declined to 19,438 contracts from 19,500 contracts.On the cash market, the key FBM KLCI ended 6.8 points lower at 1,352.91.
